How do I get in touch with an LRC librarian or library staff?

Submit a Question Online

To submit a question or comment to the LRC, visit our public-facing home page (link below) and click on Ask LRC Staff.

Or, use the direct URL to the Ask LRC Staff question form (link below).

Chat Online

Visit our public-facing home page (link below) and click on the Chat with LRC Staff button. Chat is available during staffed hours.

  • If the Chat with LRC Staff button is blue, a staff member is available to chat with you.
  • If the Chat with LRC Staff button is red, there is no staff member available. In this case, the button directs you to the Ask LRC Staff question form. You may then submit a question which will be reviewed the next business day.
