How do I report a problem with the LRC physical facilities?

If there is a life threatening emergency, please call 777 (from a campus telephone) or 911.

To report a problem with the LRC physical facilities, please contact LRC staff. 

  • During staffed hours, LRC staff may be found at the LRC Circulation Desk (just inside the LRC front door) or at the LRC AMI Computer Support Desk (LRC first floor, by the public computers).
  • Submit a ticket to LRC staff (see Link below).
  • Email LRC staff at lrc.services@usuhs.edu.
