Why was my reservation cancelled?

I arrived at the LRC and was seated in my space, but I got an e-mail that my reservation was cancelled! What happened?


Answer

Be sure to check-in by scanning the QR code at your seat when you arrive. The website generated by the QR code (also provided in your confirmation e-mail) will also provide a check-in code. This lets the system know that you've arrived and claimed your seat.

If you do not check in 20 minutes after your reservation was scheduled to begin, your appointment will be cancelled so that another user may reserve it.
